Our Quality Control

Bucomac’s production facilities maintain unparalleled standards of quality when developing all our products. From raw materials selection to product finalization, our state-of-the-art laboratories conduct quality tests and various points to ensure premium production results.


Bucomac has acquired the state-of-the-art
MASA R 9001 XL fast version,9.2 XLS Plants from
MASA AG, Germany which can produce differing concrete blocks and interlock tiles.



Bucomac uses select crushed aggregate sources from Fujairah and RAK: routine quality analysis is carried out to ensure consistency in the quality of raw materials. Aggregates samples are periodically sent to Independent Testing Laboratories for grading, flakiness, shell content, acid-soluble chloride and sulphate content, aggregate crushing value, etc.


Routine checks and laboratory tests are conducted to ensure the quality of water which we is used for manufacturing of our products.


For each delivery of cement test certificates are obtained from the supplier to ensure and confirm the quality. Bucomac uses cement which comply with BS EN 197-1:2000 standards for ordinary Portland cement.


Interlock tiles are produced in a wide of colors such as Red, Black, Green, Tan, Beige, etc. and other colors can be produced to meet customer needs. We use pigments which comply with BS1014 standards, giving natural and effective colors to interlock tiles.

Mix Monitoring

Bucomac has well-equipped in-house labs to perform analysis and tests to meet the requirements of current markets. Continues monitoring is conducted to maintain the quality and performance of the product.


Bucomac's product undergo curing in the built-in ready made chambers, using the state-of-the-art, naturally air circulated systems. This unique system strengthens the products and in very short intervals, enhancing the overall quality.
